These terms govern your use of the SOLANA LLC platform, mobile application, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
01Who can use the service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
02The service
SOLANA LLC provides tools to accept, route, and settle payments, and offers short-term credit products where available. Features may change as we improve the platform. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
03Your account
- Keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
- We may verify your identity and require additional information to meet regulatory obligations.
- We may suspend an account where we detect fraud, a security risk, or a breach of these terms.
04Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to break the law, move funds obtained unlawfully, interfere with our systems, or attempt to access data you are not authorised to see. Misuse may result in suspension and, where required, a report to the authorities.
05Fees
Fees for payments and any applicable service charge for credit products are shown before you confirm a transaction. You agree to pay the amounts due. Where a fee changes, we will make the new fee visible before it applies to you.
06Credit products
Where you take a credit product, the specific amount, schedule, and annual percentage rate (APR) are disclosed to you for acceptance before any agreement is formed. The binding parameters are set out on our loan terms page, which forms part of these terms.
07Intellectual property
The platform, application, and their content belong to SOLANA LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service as intended. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of it without our permission.
08Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
09Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or where required by law. Obligations that by their nature should survive — such as outstanding repayments and fees — continue after termination.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SOLANA LLC is registered. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any consumer rights you have under mandatory local law.
